You can withdraw your rental income and proceeds from share sales directly to your bank account once you reach the minimum threshold.
1. What can be withdrawn?
Not all balances in your Deed account are eligible for withdrawal:
Withdrawable: Rental income distributions and proceeds from the sale of property shares.
Non-Withdrawable: Promotional rewards, such as welcome rewards or investment rewards. These are for investing purposes only and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
2. Requirements for Withdrawal
Before the "Withdraw" button becomes active, ensure the following:
Minimum Balance: You must have at least AED 100 (approximately $27) in withdrawable funds.
Identity Verification: You must have completed the standard KYC verification process.
Linked Bank Account: You must have a bank account added to your Deed profile.
3. How to Initiate a Withdrawal
Go to Account: Navigate to the "Account" section in the Deed app or website.
Add Bank Details: Under "Linked Account," click "Add Account" and enter your bank details.
Request Withdrawal: Once your bank account is linked and you have at least AED 100 / $27 in withdrawable amounts, the Withdraw button will become active.
Processing: After you click withdraw, our team is notified to process the transfer. Please note that withdrawals may take up to 7 working days to reach your bank account due to standard bank processing and compliance checks.
