Complete a quick onboarding: upload your passport, take a selfie, and submit proof of address.
Once verified, you'll gain access to the full list of available properties.Browse and select properties.
Explore handpicked investment opportunities in Dubai’s residential market.
Each listing includes detailed financials, projected returns, and estimated timelines.
Choose the amount you want to invest, starting from just AED 500 (~$136).Invest using your preferred payment method.
You can invest directly using your debit card or bank transfer.
Optionally, you can top up your Deed wallet in advance and invest from your balance.
Your investment is confirmed once the payment is processed.Wait for full funding and acquisition.
We carefully select only 1–2% of properties offered to us, ensuring a highly curated portfolio.
Once a property is fully funded, Deed finalizes the purchase and establishes a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for legal ownership.
Your investment status will update automatically as acquisition completes.
This stage typically takes 2–4 weeks.Receive your legal documents.
You’ll receive official ownership confirmation, including a share certificate and access to investment documents in your dashboard.
These documents are issued once the SPV legally acquires the property.Start earning monthly rental income.
Rental income is distributed monthly to your Deed wallet, proportional to your ownership.
