Deed makes real estate investing accessible to both first-time and experienced investors.

Minimum investment

You can start with as little as AED 500 (approximately $136 USD) per property.
There is no minimum number of properties required, and you can scale your investments at your own pace.

Maximum investment limits

To comply with regulatory requirements and ensure fair access, Deed enforces the following caps for retail investors:

  • Annual limit: Up to USD 100,000 (approx. AED 367,500) per calendar year
This resets every January and is tracked on your dashboard.

  • Per-property cap: Up to USD 50,000 (approx. AED 183,750) per property, per funding round

  • Ownership cap: You cannot hold more than 33% of any single property
Any excess subscriptions are automatically rejected.

These limits apply across your entire Deed portfolio, and help ensure balanced, diversified ownership.
