Deed is open to individual investors worldwide, whether you're based in the UAE or abroad.

To invest with Deed, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have a valid passport

  • Provide proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or lease agreement)

  • Have a debit card or access to bank transfer for funding your investment

There are no general nationality restrictions set by Deed. However, in rare cases, KYC verification may be rejected by our third-party provider due to regulatory or sanctions-related limitations based on your passport or jurisdiction. This is outside Deed’s control and handled by our regulated KYC partner.

Note: Deed currently supports individual (retail) investors only, not institutions or companies.

Once verified, you can start building your property portfolio from anywhere in the world.
