If a property does not reach its full funding target within the set investment period, Deed will close the fundraising round.

Before closing, if the property is close to full funding, Deed may request an extension of the investment period in coordination with the seller to give investors more time to participate.

If full funding is still not achieved, all invested funds will be promptly returned to your Deed wallet.

You can then withdraw your funds or reinvest them in other available properties on the platform.

This process ensures your money is only used for fully funded, viable investments and provides flexibility to explore other opportunities.
