Your investment funds are kept safely in a separate client money account that holds all investor payments. This account is used only for managing your funds and is separate from Deed’s operating accounts.

Once the property reaches its full funding target, the total pooled funds are transferred directly to the property seller or developer to complete the purchase.

The property is then owned by a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), a legal entity set up to hold the property on behalf of all investors.

This process protects your money at every step and ensures full compliance with regulatory requirements.
