Deed offers investment opportunities in carefully chosen residential properties in Dubai, sourced through trusted third-party partners.

While property owners, developers, or external managers are responsible for vetting and due diligence, Deed also conducts its own thorough review and analysis before listing any property on the platform.

Properties available for investment typically meet the following criteria:

  • Located in prime areas with strong rental demand

  • Positioned to deliver consistent rental income

  • Supported by market fundamentals such as population growth and infrastructure development

Our partners present many potential properties, but only about 1–2% pass both their screening and Deed’s own evaluation to be offered to investors.

This dual-layered selection process helps ensure quality, transparency, and confidence for investors, while leveraging local expertise and regulatory oversight.

Note: Currently, Deed only offers investments in ready residential properties. We do not list off-plan or commercial units at this time.
