Yes. If you'd like to close your Deed account, you can request deletion by following the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
Open the Deed app.
Go to your Profile > Settings.
Scroll down to the Close Account section.
Send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address.
Our support team will verify your identity and process your request within 7-14 business days.
What Happens After Deletion?
Your account will be permanently closed.
You will lose access to your Deed wallet, properties, and transaction history.
Any active sessions will be terminated.
What Happens to My Money?
If you have uninvested funds in your wallet, you must withdraw them before submitting your deletion request.
If you have active property investments, your account cannot be deleted until you complete an exit from those investments.
Once your wallet is empty and you hold no active investments, your account can be deleted.

Data Retention Policy
As a DFSA-regulated platform, Deed may retain certain user data for legal and compliance purposes, including investment records and anti-money laundering documentation, even after your account is deleted.
