If your KYC verification isn’t going through, it usually means one of the required documents wasn’t accepted or didn’t meet the guidelines. Deed’s verification process has two steps, both must be completed successfully:
Step 1 – Identity Document
You can use:
Passport
Guidelines for a successful upload:
Use good lighting, avoid dark areas or glare.
Avoid reflections, do not use flash or stand under direct light that reflects on the document.
Make sure it’s sharp and in focus, no blurry or smudged areas.
Keep the document straight, no tilting more than 10°.
Upload a clear, colored photo of the original document, no black & white, no edits.
No screenshots, only live photos of the actual document.
All details must be fully visible, no cropping or covering.
Step 2 – Proof of Address (POA)
Your POA must:
Show your full name and full address (street, city, country)
Be issued within the last 3 months (except tenancy contracts or title deeds if still valid)
Show the date of issue
Display the name or logo of the issuing authority
Be complete and legible
