Deed’s fee structure is designed to be transparent and aligned with your investment goals. Here’s an overview:

Initial and Annual Fees:

  • Acquisition Fee: 1.5% of your investment amount, charged at the time of purchase.

  • Annual Management Fee: 0.5% per year, covering property management and platform operations.

Compliance Fees:

  • One-time KYC and AML Fee: 0.2% of your investment, charged during onboarding to cover regulatory requirements.

  • Ongoing KYC and AML Fee: 0.1% annually from the second year onwards to support ongoing compliance.

Exit and Performance Fees:

  • Exit Fee: 2.5% applied when you sell your shares during exit windows.

  • Performance Fee: 7% charged only on any capital gains realized upon sale, incentivizing maximized returns for investors.

For example, if you invest AED 500,000 and later sell your shares for AED 650,000, the 7% performance fee applies only to the AED 150,000 profit, resulting in a fee of AED 10,500.

All fees are clearly disclosed upfront. There are no hidden or surprise charges.
